Beacon Estates Ltd. has recently exchanged leases on two more units at Beacon Business Park.
Grolman Ltd. has become the latest tenants to have 5,000 sq. ft. offices designed and fitted out to their own specifications. The fit out should take two months before all of Grolman Ltd.’s employees can move in to the new bespoke premises.
MAP security are in the process of moving in to their new united of 1400 sq. ft. Beacon Estates have constructed two offices for them within their warehouse so that the unit could be tailored to the tenant's own specification and business requirements.
FES Ltd. has also completed their leases on Beacon Business Park. The fastenings and nuts and bolts suppliers from Cowbridge have expanded their business to offer a trade counter service in the new unit.
