EvoFleet is Chepstow Plant International’s new in-house Fleet Management Service, principally servicing the extractives sector, with a specialist focus on quarrying, mining, and material handling. It is designed to ease the burden and responsibility of asset management for our customers and can be tailored around medium and long-term proposals.

EvoFleet’s primary objective is Evolution via Optimisation. Put simply, this is a tangible service for customers to lower their costs, reduce and meet environmental production targets whilst boosting production. The fleet managed services are designed for all asset categories, whether it’s front-line excavators, dumptrucks and wheel loaders or ancillary units such as telehandlers or mounted fuel and dust suppression bowsers.

   Explore on-site operations, scope customer requirements, analyse the data and propose areas for efficiencies and improvements

   Present replacement assets for optimised pairings and agree tangible and achievable cost reduction targets

   Agree timescales for fleet integration and implementation, delivering in the new optimised assets, replacing old or existing equipment

   Looped feedback schedule with regular follow-up meetings for continuous improvements
